I created this guide because I have a family history of heart disease, my father had four heat attacks before he turned 45. Since having children myself, I did not want to undergo the same fate for my family. I searched solution to sustainable weight-loss and a healthier approach to my diet and lifestyle.
Over a period of about 10 years, I have been trying various diet programs and systems. I have had what some would call a Yo-Yo diet; I would have peaks of weight-loss and then pile it back on again. This book contains my personal knowledge and learning’s of trial and error on my own personal weigh-loss journey.
This Blog and eBook is a guide, and the purpose of this guide is to do just that – guide you. It is not a “system”, and definitely not anything related to “loose weight quick”. It will, however, take you through the process of taking various ideas and concepts and help you on your personal journey towards sustainable weight-loss.
If I can help just one person learn one thing that will help them with personal weight-loss then the time spent writing this eBook and creating will have been totally worth it.
