Inspired by the 4HB and Tim Ferris, I embarked on my own weight-loss journey and soon discovered that Slow Carbs was the way to go. This Blog and eBook is a guide, and the purpose of this guide is to do just that – guide you. It is not a “system”, and definitely not anything related to “lose weight quick”. It will, however, take you through the process of taking various ideas and concepts and help you on your personal journey towards sustainable weight-loss. If I can help just one person, learn one thing that will help them with personal weight-loss- then the time spent writing this eBook and creating this blog will have been totally worth it.
